Padron:U:tl:W or Y in vowel cluster

This spelling does not follow the rule regarding double vowel clusters beginning with /i/ or /u/ as the first vowel (eg. /ia/ or /ua/), which are typically retained at the start of a word or after two consecutive consonants then inserting ⟨y⟩ or ⟨w⟩ between the vowels.
